The corporation has no public interface. It is a public sector consultancy organisation and as such assist Government as and when required in providing specialised services especially in the field of I.T. and I.T. related services.

Board of Directors

Until otherwise determined by the company in general meeting, the number of Directors of the company shall not be less than three or more than fifteen.

Subject to the provisions of section-255 & 256 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh shall be entitled to appoint not more than one-third of the total number of Directors of the company and shall be at liberty at any time and from time to time to substitute all or any of the persons so appointed with any person or persons as the Governor may think fit.
