METHODOLOGY FOR EXECUTION OF IT & ITeS PROJECTS

Requirement studies for IT enablement of department/organization.

Prepare Techno Commercial Proposals for computerization as per the requirements of the Department/Organization.

Selection of Service Providers through e-tendering process.

Facilitation for Supply, installation of hardware, development & implementation of software and execution for digitization.

Periodic review of the projects, Presentation to the client Departments/Organizations as per the requirement.
