UTTAM-FDR (Unified Technical Tracking and Augmentation Management System) is a technology-enabled road development monitoring and management platform implemented for the Uttar Pradesh Rural Roads Development Agency (UPRRDA),
Government of Uttar Pradesh. The platform supports the planning, monitoring, management and digital tracking of rural road development works undertaken under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY-3).
The system provides a centralised digital environment for monitoring rural road projects from project sanction and tendering to execution, quality testing, geo-tagged progress and completion. It enables departments and authorised
stakeholders to access updated information on road works, project status, costs, locations and physical progress through a unified platform.
UTTAM-FDR integrates project management, contractor and equipment tracking, quality testing, geo-tagged progress monitoring and on-site digital inspections. By bringing project information and field-level updates onto a common platform, the system
enhances transparency, accountability and visibility across the rural road development lifecycle.
Enables monitoring of rural road projects across planning, sanction, tendering, execution, quality assessment and completion.
Provides updated visibility into the physical and financial progress of road development works.
Location-based and geo-tagged project information enables accurate verification of on-ground progress.
Centralised tracking of contractors, works, milestones and inspections strengthens responsibility and oversight.
Integration of quality testing and inspection information supports better adherence to prescribed construction standards.
Digital on-site inspection and geo-tagged updates reduce dependence on manual reporting and improve field-level visibility.
Consolidated project, cost, progress and quality information helps authorities identify delays and take timely corrective action.
Makes project-related information accessible to departments, contractors and other authorised stakeholders through a unified digital platform.
