Common Service Centres (CSCs) form the backbone of last-mile digital service delivery in Uttar Pradesh, bringing essential government and citizen services closer to communities across the state. Enabled through the Centre for e-Governance (CeG),
the CSC ecosystem supports accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric delivery of Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services.
Under the CSC 3.0 initiative, launched on 16 November 2020, Uttar Pradesh established a comprehensive digital service network across all 75 districts. The centres provide citizens with convenient access
to government services while promoting digital inclusion and reducing the need to visit government offices.
With 2.34+ lakh operational CSCs and coverage across 58K+ Gram Panchayats, the network provides access to 355+ G2C services. Operated through District Service Providers (DSPs) in partnership with District e-Governance Societies (DeGS),
the initiative also supports digital payments and efficient service delivery, while the state advances towards CSC 4.0.
